I produce live performance events and use TicketSpice as my ticketing platform. Tickets are sold there, and we get weekly payouts for the tickets sold.

They have processing fees, and we receive the net payout. For example, a $20 ticket gets sold. My online fee is $2, so the charge to the customer is $22. When the payout is processed, I can download a CSV which shows the gross amount of $22 and the net payout of $20.75. The different is the TicketSpice platform and credit card fees of $1.25.

I don't want to create invoices (or customers) for each ticket sold. I'd like to record sales (I've created an item called "General Admission-MADC) which is the event.

When the weekly payout occurs, it is automatically deposited into my checking account.

What is the best way to record this process?
