Dear Zoho Analytics users,
As of January 26, 2026, Facebook has officially deprecated Facebook Pages API version 18. This update involves the removal of several metrics that were previously supported by the API.
As a result, these changes will affect any reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics that rely on Facebook Pages data. To stay aligned with these changes, we are updating our integration accordingly.

Impact on Zoho Analytics
New Facebook Pages Integrations (after Jan 26, 2026)
Deprecated metrics will not appear in the configuration or be available for selection.
Existing Facebook Pages Integrations
Deprecated metric columns will remain in your workspace.
From Jan 26, 2026, no new data will be fetched for the above mentioned fields in subsequent syncs.
Your historical data will remain intact.
Editing an Existing Setup
When you edit and save your existing Facebook Pages integration:
A Delete Modules/Fields Confirmation dialog will appear.
This dialog will list all the views that will be removed during the next sync due to the deprecated metrics.
Click Yes to confirm and proceed with removing the deprecated fields and the associated views.
Alternatively, edit those reports to remove the deprecated fields and avoid deletion.
We recommend reviewing your existing Facebook Pages reports in Zoho Analytics and identifying any dependency on the above metrics before editing your integration setup.
