Importing contacts to a new list on Campaigns, that may have already unsubscribed from a previous list
I have just imported some client contacts onto a new list on Zoho Campaigns. As we are a large company and follow stringent GDPR regulations, my concern is that the newly added contacts may have already unsubscribed from a previous list in Zoho Campaigns, therefore will not want to receive any communications.
Can you confirm if contacts have already unsubscribed from a campaign list, they will automatically be removed or will not be imported on to other lists?
Has anyone else had this issue?
