importing contacts via Excel CSV

importing contacts via Excel CSV

I have two problems importing contacts via XL CSV:

  1. there is no mapping allowed or shown as I do the import.
  2. Only the first name show was in the contact area, although the first and last name appear in the individual contact window.
Is there a correction for this?
