I'm managing multiple users in Zoho and they all want to be able to see the contacts of each other.

I have managed this with the Data Sharing Option so each user form the same role can view/edit contact from each others but when I sync with Outlook, I can't retreive the contact from the others, only the one I have created.

How can I be able to download contact data when I'm not the one who is handling the contact ? (even if I have set the right  Data Sharing Setting)
