In Views, add column for "last communication"

There is a column available in all views for "Customer Responded Time" but there is no column for "Agent Responded Time" nor is there a combination of these two, which would be something like "Last Message" - being, the last message either sent or received.

This last one, I can't believe isn't already in there.  Having the ability to sort by the last communication (in either direction, sent or received) is an absolute need.

I keep all the emails that I have (sent or received) via Desk on my PC.  I routinely have to go back to that to reference the last time I sent someone a message, because there is no view option that allows me to sort by this value.  So if I send someone 3 or 4 messages over the course of a week or two, and they don't reply, that ticket will continue to get bumped down in the list on any view page.  This is not good!

Many times, for me, this means that my messages are ending up in junk mail or something else is going on with that customer and they are not responding.

I am unable to get a "quick view" of the last communication that has taken place - the ability to display and sort by this value would mean i can quickly scroll through my ticket list to 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago, and right-click + open-in-new-tab a dozen or so messages at a time and do a follow up, all in one quick and easy shot.

Please consider this feature as a high priority

If there is some other way to achieve this view, I haven't found it...
