in ZOHO Mail I cannot Send or receive mails using other mail cattinc.com but can use our companies mail cattechnologies.com

Dear Sir,

Please consider my issues as high priority, We have contacted our Email provider Net4india for cattinc.com Yet the problem is not resolved, I am facing this issue for all emails which are under cattinc.com

We have configure the same in Outllook express and it is working fine but its not working only in zoho.

Please resolve the issue asap
