Include Zoho Chat into standard applications & Chat's "All" tab be default

I have to manually add Zoho chat to application sidebar. It would be nice to just point and click to add this handy application. I guess because it's still beta?

Also, I'd like to have an option to set which tab be appear in Chat as default. Currently "Zoho" tab is default, but "All" tab makes more sense.
