Incoming mail blocked and purchasing paid subscriptions

I disabled an account by accident (ncamacho@gre....) when I re-enabled it, incoming mail is disabled and I can not enable it. 
Can someone please help?

Also I attempted to switch to a paid version but it's asking me to purchase licenses for the disabled accounts. Is there a way to get paid subscription for enabled accounts only? I didn't want to delete the accounts as we are unsure if we will need access to emails from one or more of those accounts in the future.

I know office 365 allows you to disable accounts and release the license while not loosing access to the account for this type of situation just not sure if Zoho mail has something similar.
