Incoming 'Message' data via WhatsApp appears empty

the Incoming 'Message' data via WhatsApp appears empty; instead of customer messages, I only see CRM system notification messages are being displayed. I have seen 3 messages like this since yesterday

it seems that in 'All Message' the message snippet appears,  but I can't it in detail like this
