Inconsistent "Happiness Rating" Percentage

Inconsistent "Happiness Rating" Percentage

When searching through the list of customers, the Happiness Rating percentage that shows for one particular customer of ours is 71%. However when going into that customer, the percentage shows as 100% (which we think is correct as we can't find anything except positive ratings from them).


Is this an issue in ZohoDesk, or is there something I'm missing?
