Instagram reset password email not getting through

Instagram reset password email not getting through

Recently joined Zoho. I have the free version. I have a domain registered with Fasthosts, without a hosting package, (no website, no email).

I have sent emails to my Zoho email from Instagram to reset my password, but they are not getting through. 

Can you help?

PS please dont ask me to get any info from Instagram, as they only give stock answers on their help site and I cant find any way to ask them specific questions or to request data.
