Install problems!!!

receive the following error upon install of plugin:

cannot start MS Outllook. The command argument is not valid.verify the switch you are using.

However when I open Outlook low and behold there is Zoho toolbar. I login, confg preferences and when I attempt to sync nothing happens. I have already called support and emailed re this issue. I have also researched forums, etc and do not see similar topics. I just paid for this plugin (BTW your company charged me twice) so I hope there will be a response.

I am running win xp pro sp3 & Outlook 2003 sp3.
