Installation issue with MS Outlook Plugin
I am a brand new Zoho user and I can't get the MS Outlook Plugin to install. I purchased the service, enabled it in my account, downloaded the plugin, installed it on my MS Windows 7 64 bit laptop with a message saying the program installed. However, when I open MS Outlook 2010, no plugin appears and it is not on the list of Outlook addins.
Needless to say, this is an inauspicious start... Please help!!
