I use office 365 Business on Desktop It`s 32 Bit version (with exchange)

Outlook 2013,  32 Bit  Desktop Version

Office 2013  including Word, 32 Bit Desktop version,

I had download the add in for

Outlook 2013, 32 bit

Word 2013, 32 bit

  I tried to install both (following the Guideline)

The setup start

The install program close without any installing

  Result is no integration to

Outlook

Word

  I need this integration app

What is the mistake??
