I am trying to install the plugin for outlook in order to sync my calendar with the one from the CRM. 

The installation seems to finish properly, however I cannot see zoho plugin anywhere in outlook and I also cannot select it in the list of add ins. 

I am using Outlook 2013 32 bits, I have already restarted it. I have installed the plugin twice already.
