Insufficient Privileges to Perform Operation

I have written a Creator Database for demonstration to a potential client. It is simply a database of Sales with links to the Customer and Product (in CRM) database. However whenever I click on either entity it does not go to that record (as I would expect) but opens a new tab with this error message. I have produced a screen shot of this (attached).
