Integrated IM Functionality in Zoho Desk ticket (same way salesIQ is integrated)

Dear Zoho Desk Support Team,

We are writing to request an enhancement to the instant messaging (IM) functionality within Zoho Desk.

Currently, the IM feature exists as a separate tab, which can disrupt the workflow and hinder efficient ticket management.

To improve agent productivity and provide a more unified user experience, we propose integrating IM directly into the ticket interface - the same way the integration between salesIQ IM to Desk is working.


By integrating IM into ticket, Zoho Desk can offer a more streamlined and efficient platform for handling customer inquiries and support requests.
