Integrating excel "engine" into Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to manage our data. We collect data from customers, run it through an excel model to generate the numbers for a proposal specific to that customer, and then import all this data into Zoho.
The issue is that when inputs from the customer change, we need to go back to the model, recalculate in excel and then import again. This is an error-prone process.
I wonder if anyone knows a way so that we can integrate the excel model into zoho. Then we could designate which fields in Zoho are inputs into which cells in excel, and which output cells in excel should feed into which fields in Zoho.
Does anyone know if there is an API or other way of accomplishing this? I've seen it in other CRMs, but can't figure it out in Zoho.
