Hi,

We have been using Zoho projects for Projects. Each customer are considered as a Project.
Recently we have started using Zoho desk. The problem is whenever we assign a task to our engineer from desk,  we need to fill the same on Zoho Projects as our Project Management team and our Engineers  work hours can be only managed on Zoho Projects.

Please let us know if any workaround can be suggested.
