We're about to purchase an Enterprise level account so we would have access to the multibrand help center.
Is there any SDK/integration available for the help center?
We're currently building "Help Center A" which is completely public with any logins disabled and login-links removed.
We are thinking about building a "Help Center B" which would need to have login enabled. We would then create one (1) user in Zoho Desk with access to "Help Center B". Let's call this user "Mr Z".
Would it then be possible, using SDK or an API, to link to a specific article perma-link from or own website portal and provide sign-in credentials for Mr Z? This way, we could redirect users logged into our website portal directly to an article in Zoho Desk.
Caveat: our own website portal requires a login.
Alternative solution : if we integrate "Help Center B" into our own website portal by "regular" domain/host mapping, can we by means of an SDK or API have user "Mr Z" constantly logged in and then also link our own website portal users to specific articles?

P.S. we have trialed Zoho Desk for a quite a few days now and we're really pleased with the functionality. I have e-mailed one of your Sales Manager regarding a subscription plan :)
