Interface Consistency

There needs to be a unified interface for your apps. It is obnoxious to learn a new interface for each app. In one app I can click on one thing and it does something, in another app I want to do something similar but it's a different process.

Come up with a GUI guide for your developers and have a team monitoring all the apps, making sure the interface follows the given guidelines. This would greatly enhance your integration and usability.
