Introduce automation to your iterations with Zoho Flow

Introduce automation to your iterations with Zoho Flow

We are delighted to announce that you can now connect your favorite project management applications and automate your workflows using Zoho Flow. The great news is, you don't have to spend your time or effort in coding complex integrations. Using Zoho Flow's drag and drop builder, you can effortlessly build customized workflows with triggers and actions.

What is a Trigger?

A trigger is an event that kickstarts the flow.

What is an Action?

An action is a task that the flow executes automatically.

For instance, if you want to automate the creation of a new project in Zoho Sprints whenever a new project is created in Zoho Projects, then creating a new project in Zoho Projects is the trigger of the flow and the creation of the project in Zoho Sprints is the action of the flow.

Let's walk through the steps of creating this workflow (or flow as we call them) in greater detail -

1) Select an app that triggers the flow. For this flow, select Zoho Projects as the trigger.

2) Configure your connection and select an event for the trigger. For this flow, select New Project.

3) Search for Zoho Sprints under the list of apps and drag and drop the action  Create Project onto the builder.

4) Configure your connection and fill in the required information of your action.

5) Click save and switch on your flow.

You can also customize your flow to add decision branches, introduce workflow variables and set waiting times between actions. The best part is, we have prebuilt flow templates for the most sought after integration requests. You can build your flow from scratch or get started by picking one of the prebuilt flows from our  gallery
