This tool allows you to refine your candidate search based on their performance in screening tests or assessments. It's a great way to find candidates who meet your specific requirements, making your hiring process smoother and more effective.

How to Filter Candidates by Assessment Answers

  • Go to the Candidates module and select Assessment Name from the Filters panel on the left.
  • Choose the Assessment Category, Assessment, Question, and Answer/Option from their respective drop-down menus.
    Optionally, you can change the Operator used for the filter (like "is," "contains," "does not contain," etc.).
  • Click Apply Filter, and you'll see a list of candidates who match your criteria on the right.

  • Now, if you click the Rating icon of a candidate, only reviews that match your filter criteria will be displayed. You will need to return to the previous page and click the Clear button in the Filters section to see all reviews.

Say you've filtered candidates by their assessment answers. You can then select multiple candidates and send them additional assessments, associate them with jobs, change their status, and much more.
