Introducing Bigin 360: Our new pricing edition with increased feature limits and pre-installed toppings
Dear Biginners Club,
Today, we're pleased to launch a brand-new pricing edition called Bigin 360, our highest pricing edition that will sit on top of Express and Premier editions.
It's been over four years since our launch, and we're receiving some great feedback and amazing results from our customers and partners, who've always pushed us to build a solution that they truly love. With this growing traction, we built Bigin 360 as a comprehensive package for fast-growing small businesses to manage their entire customer journeys acrosssales, onboarding, marketing and service operations in one place. To achieve the same, the new Bigin 360 edition offers generous feature limits and additional functionality via pre-installed toppings.
The new plan will start at $18 per user per month (billed annually) or $21 per user per month (billed monthly).
Here's a glimpse of what we're offering in the new Bigin 360 plan:
Increased feature limits
The new plan offers a combined storage of one million records and a maximum of 15 pipelines to ensure we can accommodate growing interdepartmental operations in Bigin.
There's also a huge jump in limits for some of our most-used features, such as mass emails, custom fields, and automation rules. Here are some highlights:
Increase marketing engagement with up to 1,000 mass emails per day per org and options to store up to 100 email templates.
Enjoy enhanced customization with up to 50 custom fields per module and 50 tags per module.
Use more advanced automation with time-based triggers—up to 100 automation rules.
Find more ways to visualize data by creating up to 50 customized dashboards.
Collect data from your website visitors and other audiences by creating up to 10 forms.
Add up to 20 customized user roles and profiles so that Bigin truly reflects your company's structure.
Pre-installed toppings
Not so long ago, we introduced toppings in Bigin to extend the scope of what we offer by letting you add additional functionalities on demand. For our current pricing plans (Express and Premier), we've been offering toppings at an extra cost for users who need these extended capabilities.
With Bigin 360, the below toppings will come pre-installed and at no extra cost.

The road ahead
Bigin 360 is more than a pricing edition; it reflects our commitment to build relevant toppings that serve your business needs. Early next year, you can expect Booking Pages, an exciting new addition to Bigin's list of toppings that's going to change the way you manage client appointments and bookings. Bigin 360 users will get the Booking Pages topping by default, just like Email-In and File Cabinet. The list doesn't stop there; we have plans to include more.
Starting today, new Bigin users can choose the Bigin 360 trial from our pricing page and get started with their evaluation right away.
Existing users can upgrade to Bigin 360 edition by clicking on the Manage Subscription option in your Bigin profile page.
