Zoho CRM has been helping you with your business in many ways. The foundation of it all is that it is keeping all your data well organized and maintained. It makes work easier for you but what if that was not all.
Yes! That is not all; we now provide the Kanban Board extension that provides a visual management for your CRM data. It is a great way to view all the records segregated the way you want to see them. Be it based on deal status, lead pipeline stage, or campaign type or any other pick list field from any module in your Zoho CRM account.
The Activities module has a CRM View which is close to a Kanban Board, the only major difference being the option to customize and create your own Kanban Boards for any module.
Let's take a look at the Kanban Board:
- Create a record - It's not just a board where you can view the records but to create one too. You can create a record for the same module based on which the board is created.
- Move records to another column - Simply drag and drop a record and update the field value. The record gets updated based on the column you move it to.
- Delete a record - Yes, if you click the Close icon, the record moves to the Recycle Bin.
- Get a business card view - While creating a board, mention the important information that you would like to see at a glance for each record.
- View a record's details - Access the full details of a record by clicking on it.
The best part in Kanban Boards is that fact that you can create it for any module, including custom modules and with any picklist field for that module. You can have as many columns as you want based on the number of values in the picklist field.
