Introducing notifications in the vendor portal


Imagine this: You're a recruiter working with multiple vendors on a high-volume hiring project. You’ve just updated a job description after a last-minute change from the hiring manager. One of your vendors, however, is still working off the older version and ends up submitting candidates who aren’t the right fit. Now you're backtracking, clarifying, and wasting precious time.

What’s new?

Vendors now receive real-time notifications whenever key actions occur, such as:

  • Job Shared – The moment a new job is shared with them.

  • Job Edited – If a shared job is modified (no more confusion over outdated descriptions).

  • Notes Shared – When you add notes to a job or candidate profile.

  • Candidate Status Updated – If the status of a submitted candidate changes.

Keep vendors in the loop

Every vendor works differently, so they can customize their notification preferences and choose which updates matter most:

  • Candidate Status Updates

  • Job Sharing and Edits

  • Notes Added

Whether they want the full picture or just the highlights, they decide.

Also, when a vendor updates their notification settings, you’ll see it reflected in the Audit Log, so you're always in the know.
