The window using applications displays, but whenever I try to open a form, it starts to display the form, but closes and ends up in the ipad window showing the standard ipad start window with all the apple apps displayed.

Update:

I found that it is Ios 8.2 that is causing the problem. I bought a new ipad mini just today, and when I tested it with Ios 8.1, it worked fine, but when I upgraded to 8.2, the same thing happened.
