Is it possible to edit the Agent name that is displayed while using Support Chat?
We have several agents that need to change how their name is displayed when chatting with customers. My first and last name are displayed during chats, so I need to change that; and the other agents have a first initial and their last name displayed, which also needs to change if possible. I haven't been able to make the change and haven't been able to find any info on how/where to change it. Thank you, Jason
