We want to obtain the reports of our FCRR (First Contact Resolution Rate), ART (Average Reply Time), AFRT (Average First Response Time) etc to be able to present them as KPIs to our management. Some of these KPIs are possible to be recreated on the Reports module but some of them such as FCRR are not possible to be created with Desk's reporting functions. They already exist on the "Tıme based Dashboards". Is it possible for you to present those dashboard parts as (maybe uncustomizable) ready-made reports to us?
