Is it possible to receive email responses directly to an inbox and then autoforward to a tracking address?
I want to set up reply tracking in my automated campaign, but do not want the reply-to address to display as the system-generated alphanumeric address which is used for reply tracking.
Is it possible to set a custom email address as the reply-to address, and then autoforward the response to a tracking URL so that responses can still be tracked by Zoho Campaigns? This would essentially reverse the usualy order of a response initially going to the tracking address and then being auto-forwarded to a specified email address.
