Is it possible to sync contacts one-way from Zoho to Outlook only?

Is it possible to sync contacts one-way from Zoho to Outlook only?

I am not sure that this is possible now, and if not, this should seriously be considered for a future release -- I currently sync Outlook with Zoho CRM for contacts, calendar and tasks.  But many people I speak to, including clients, may only want either select records being sent back and forth, or a one-way sync from Zoho CRM to Outlook.  Is this possible?
