just purchased the professional edition for our company to start with. In the Feature/Plan overview it says Pulse is included in the professional edition (limited to 100 follow-ups per user).

However I do not seem to be able to activate Pulse, even though I did follow the instructions:

I don't seem to be able to access the pulse checkbox in Users/Permissions...

What am I doing wrong?
