[RESOLVED] Is there a limit to the number of aliases a Mailbox Address can have?

hello,

I just attempted to add a new Alias to a user’s Mailbox Address and received this message:

This User has reached maximum alias limit

1. Is there a maximum Alias limit, or is this an error? Because I’ve never seen this message before and I tried deleting some unused Aliases for the Mailbox Address in question and still received the above error when trying to add a new one.

2. If there is in fact a maximum limit, what is the maximum number of aliases permitted per Mailbox Address (I can’t find it listed in the Mail help documentation).

3. If I delete unused Aliases for a Mailbox Address, will that allow me to add a new Alias?
