Hi - 

I'm trying to do two things..

1 - build a report that shows contacts in the CRM that have not been touched by sales or marketing in X number of days. Our sales team is using sales inbox on the CRM side, and our marketing team is using MH on the marketing side. However, since (it seems to me) these things get logged in two different places, I can't get to this report done. 

2 - give my sales team an easy view into any touches we have had with a contact, regardless of sales or marketing. Again, the issue here is that they will have to go digging into the campaigns and the emails section rather than seeing it all in one place

It would be great if ALL touches were logged in one place, allowing the sales and marketing teams to get the full picture.
