Hi,
We have enabled both ASAP add-on and Remote Authentication. We can see knowledge base articles with ASAP add-on and login with Remote Authentication separately.

But When we want to redirect to our protected knowledge base article with link button on top right, it ask me to login again with remote authentication again. And after login, it redirect to Home page instead of the article I would like to access.

Is there a way to fix this to avoid this redundant login step ?
