Is there any way to assign where an outbound email is filed?

Is there any way to assign where an outbound email is filed?

I have modified my modules, and cannot seem to find a way to choose where my outbound emails from Outlook are being filed. They are all coming in under the wrong module & transferring contacts between modules is proving to be a problem for Zoho CRM. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
