Is Zoho now blocked in China?

My team in Shanghai has not been able to access it for a few days. Google Docs is periodically blocked and Google Apps is blocked.... has Zoho now been added to that list? We were considering a migration to Zoho Business for our entire company but obviously that would not be feasible if the website is unavailable in China. Can someone from Zoho please check and reply asap.
