Issue after editing one of form

Hi,

I have plan to add one more option in my form, for which I have set the variable.

     FEM  =  Engineer_Master  [Engineer_Name == input.Engineer_Name];
     SEMN = FEM.Telephone_No;

After saving it, my form start giving different errors.
