I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing with my Zoho Mail account, which is affecting my ability to communicate reliably via email.
Issue Description:
Recently, I have noticed a consistent problem where emails sent from my Zoho Mail account to certain recipients are bouncing back, but only after I have received an email from them. This issue does not occur on the first instance of sending an email to these recipients, but it consistently happens after I have received an email from the said recipients.
Request for Assistance:
Could you please provide insight into what might be causing these emails to bounce back only after receiving emails from these recipients?
Are there any settings or configurations within my Zoho Mail account that I might need to adjust to resolve this issue?
Is this a known issue with a workaround or a fix that I can apply?
I rely heavily on email for my daily communications, and this issue is causing significant inconvenience. Any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.
