Issue with Inserting CRM Fields in Slack Notification
We have been using the Slack integration with Zoho CRM for about 2 years, without issue. The weekend we needed to make a change that required us to uninstall and then reinstall the Slack integration with Zoho CRM. The process seems to have worked to worked smoothly.
However, when attempting to recreate the "Notify via Slack" rules in our workflows we ran into a major issue. In the past we could insert the value of a CRM field into the notification using the # key. We heavily relied on this feature. The field insert is no longer working. After typing # we no longer receive a list of CRM fields to pick from.
We tried to manually add the field name using the Zoho variable names we used in the past but that did not work either. Is anyone else having the same issue?
