Issue with open-rate reporting in Zoho Campaigns

Hello, Since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an issue with the open-rate reports in Zoho Campaigns.

The campaigns I send appear in the reports as if none of the emails have been opened, even though I know they have. To verify this, I replicated the campaign and sent it to my personal email addresses. The emails are delivered correctly, but when I open them, the reports still do not register any opens.

This issue is occurring across several Zoho Campaigns accounts from different companies I manage, so it seems to be a general problem rather than something related to a single configuration.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and let me know whether there is a known problem or if you need any additional information to diagnose it.
