ISSUES: Summary tables from DB& rep not showing/printiing co

I have shared to ahmedhussain the writer document "Example of problem...."
As you will see when you open it. I still have a problem with the summary view boxes that are being brought over from Zoho DB & Rep.
I have shared this document with myself on another account as read only and looking at the shared document, I can see that the box does not open up enough to show all the data, this limits my ability to generate these documents for managers and share them as they can neither see the whole page of data as its shown in the original document. As the whole idea of these reports is to have ready a live management report when finally creator / DB & Rep are linked up it would be good it this issue can be solved.
In addition, although the table can be seen in print preview, it cannot be printed (table area is completely blank when printing from internet explorer browser).
As mentioned before this document also has a header and footer but again it does not come out when shared as read-only. I need to date stamp these reports and without the header I cannot do this automatically.
