Issues with Customer Portal feature.

I have a couple of problems in using customer portal:
- When the settings is such that users need the approval of the admin, the entire workflow doesn't tell that to the signing up user. The user gets the invitation email, gets the add-password link too. All this gives a false impression to her/ him that there is no approval involved. We really need the message to read something like - "you will receive an email with further instructions *after* the administrator approves your request." Also, the invitation email should be sent only on approval.
- In the present workflow, the string that reads "Hello <Name>, You are not approve to access to this portal." is plain bad English at best. Please correct it.
- In the invitation email, spaces in the name get trimmed. "Varun Yagain" appears as "Hello varunyagain".
- In the invitation email, the name is changed to lower case. "Varun Yagain" appears as "Hello varunyagain".
