We want to inform you about an update affecting the Instagram Profile integration with Zoho Analytics.

 

Meta will deprecate certain metrics from January 8, 2025 as per their announcement in this document.

 

To ensure uninterrupted syncs in Zoho Analytics for existing integration setups, we have made modification to the integration such that the affected fields will remain in the tables but the data in those fields will no longer update.

 

Please find the affected tables and fields as below:

 

In the "Profile Insights" table, the following fields will be deprecated

- Email Contacts

- Direction Clicks

- Profile Views

- Phone Clicks

- Message Clicks

- Website Clicks

 

In the "Media Insights" table, the "Video Views" field will be deprecated.
