I'm new and have a few questions. We are a monastery. We get volunteers that come in and offer to serve doing a particular recurring job. The job stays the same the volunteers are ... volunteers, constant turn over. I want to assign volunteers to a task/job for a specific day or for a number of recurring days. I have looked at People app and it seems like overkill for our needs...that plus we would have more than 10 'employees' so that puts us into the $40/mo plan.

The volunteers will not have access to computers. I just need to print out a schedule that id's the job and their name. So i'm thinking Creator might be a good place for me to attempt to build something like that. But, I don't know anything about Creator and how to accomplish something like this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Rough specs:

Several Locations, each location with several static positions that will be filled by "xx" volunteers. Currently we are doing all of this in Word. There must be a better way!
