Just getting started - Is Zoho the right Product?

Just getting started - Is Zoho the right Product?

Hello all,

First off I was a Tech PM for the Intel Corp for 13 years ..... 9 years ago so pretty rusty but pretty experienced.

I just got asked to take on being the Executive director for an Addictions treatment Center in Costa Rica and since I accepted I feel i need to catch up pretty quick. I have NEVER set up a CRM before but a good friend from back in the day assured me I could handle ZOHO and it would fit my needs. I did some self research and with soooo much to choose from and feeling a bit overwhelmed I thought it best to just go with what was suggested and dig in.

First off...... Being in Costa Rica: Medical Insurance billing, E-Prescriptions and HIPPA compliance are not required/Needed.

I have worked at another treatment center before and it was super old school and 90% Paper driven so do have some understanding of what will be needed. Most of the Intake and treatment plans are already created I just need to replicate into forms.

I don't have the full requirements for this new treatment center yet, it is a startup scheduled to open in 6-8 weeks,

Currently I do have a high view list of what I do believe will be needed based upon the last treatment center I worked at.

Priority 1: Is to use the Zoho forms application for Intake and client treatment plans - or can the base CRM do this?
Priority 2: Sales and Marketing
Priority 3: Would be custom printing of Client Data for Auditing by the countries certification board.
Priority 5. Custom notifications and reporting
Priority 5. Finance tracking.
Others to be added as the project develops.

Am I looking at the right right product assuming I might need to integrate other custom apps like Zoho Forms and possibly others?

At some point i realize I need to just jump in and start playing to see how everything works but i would love some pointers in getting started and not wasting too much time driving down the wrong roads if possible.

MUCH Appreciation for any help!
