I tag my notes in a particular notebook in which I keep my work projects notes. Each feature or change is a note and I tag the notes with stages of work from #WIP to #Released. Using these tags, I created a Kanban-style noteboard to get a quick view of my project status.

Is this a good way, or is there any other way to achieve this outcome?
