Keep existing Exchange server with Zoho mail?

I am being told by my company that ALL email be sent through our own mail server. Is there a way to get the Zoho mail features of when and how often email is opened this way?

I am using the outlook plugin to record emails in the CRM but the Zoho mail features are not available this way.
