Keep mails in CRM of people who leave the company
Hi,
We're facing a problem in Zoho CRM. We love the IMAP integration but we're now having some employees leaving the company and we have the following problems:
- If the user gets deactivated in Zoho CRM, his emails will not be shown by other users anymore
- We can't close the mailbox otherwise mails will not synchronize anymore and we will loose the mail history
I'm sure this is a problem shared by many users. Is there something possible to do there?
